Situated on sixty-five wooded acres,

Stonesoup School encompasses a beautiful, crystal-clear, 15-acre, spring fed lake.

The lake is a daily gathering place
for many activities, including swimming, snorkeling, and canoeing. In this setting, students learn to take pleasure in outdoor activities again.  By living, working, and learning in this setting, we promote character building, self-reliance, self-discipline. We are currently in the process of completely renovating our campus. We will be adding 4 student dorms, state-of-the-art classroom facilities, and a modern kitchen and dining area.

Extracurricular activities may include canoeing a river, hiking a
nearby National Forest trail, or a camping trip to experience the enjoyment of our surroundings. As a result of nature trips and our daily lifestyle, we often see our students develop an appreciation and respect for themselves and their environment.
